What a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was kind, and the massage was exactly what I needed after a stressful week. My therapist worked carefully on my tight muscles and helped me feel completely relaxed. The facility was clean, organized, and beautifully maintained. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be returning soon.
Stopped in here a few days ago. The woman is so greedy. I paid for a hour. I went in for a massage but she kept asking what else I would like and tried real hard to sell other services to me. I can’t believe this town would let a place like this stay open. I really think I should report this place to the police.
Went for a massage today, I was very disappointed with the massage. I asked her to hit some spots that were bothering me and the girl didn’t seem like she was very interested in doing it. She pawed around on my back and didn’t hit any of the spots that were bothering me. She kept asking how much I was going to tip. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Came in with my boyfriend for an hour couple massage, which they agreed on. One of the girl walked out after 20 min to take another customer and kicked me out. Then she said she is too busy and had too many appointments and can only do half an hour. They charged us $50/person and added the tip themselves. In total they charged my card for $143 for barely 25 minutes a couple massage. There is no point in arguing since we communicate via translation app. Really disappointed. Felt like we got scammed.
I just want to say that I thought I was going to have a better experience with this place. I have a severe back problem and figured that acupressure would do the trick. However, something was quite wrong when I initially went in and the lady that was working there wanted payment right away. Not only the amount was off but she wanted payment even before I've gotten massaged! And, she even requested a tip. After this, she told me to get fully undressed which striked me as odd. Then she finally massaged me and at first it was very good. She did a good job. Then, she told me to flip over and started massaging my front. Then, she did the unexpected! She totally violated me. She inappropriately touched me in my private area. I was totally shocked about that and felt very upset. She started to giggle and kept doing this for several minutes. Then she covered me with a white sheet and continued to massage my other body parts. Being that I didn't appreciate that specific act I immediately filed a police report. I've heard that this place has been illegally doing these types of acts for some time now. I hope this comes to some sort of resolution and hopefully this stuff comes to light.
